Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Bobtails Montessori, a well-established day nursery operating from an excellent semi-rural location in Sussex.
Registered for 22 children aged 0-5 years old, Bobtails Montessori trades extremely well, and provides a quality environment for young children, which is reflected in its ‘Outstanding’ rating from Ofsted. The nursery, which came onto the market with an asking price of £125,000, operates from a deceptively spacious single storey building, which features a well presented and fully equipped classroom, providing an ideal space for free flow.
Following substantial interest and a number of offers, the nursery was acquired by Mr Steve Wall and family, first time buyers with many years’ experience in the sector. The nursery’s convenient location, excellent reputation and influential Montessori status were factors in the Wall’s decision to purchase.
The new owners are now looking forward to running their own business and continuing to build on the reputation Bobtails has established under the vendors, Mrs Bradley and Mrs West, who decided to sell the nursery due to their wish to retire.
